Python is a good language to get into the world of programming. A relatively small subset of Python is often enough to solve many tasks. Python provides a rather smooth access for solving problems such as automation of repetitive tasks or replacing complex spreadsheet calculations. Later, the task can grow. The Python knowledge can grow along to cope with larger projects.
